“walk & talk,” zoom, or in your home

Private coaching is available for teachers, parents, and counselors. By learning and practicing mindfulness yourself, you’ll be better equipped to create a mindful classroom, home, or workplace. Coaching is also available for families and teens.

Sessions take place in your home, by Zoom, walking, at the beach, or on a forest path in West Sonoma County. Growing evidence supports the efficacy of the “walk and talk,” particularly in outdoor settings.

Each sessions is 30-60 minutes and may include mindfulness and meditation practices, mindful movement, self-care strategies, journaling practices, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens, or elements from the Mindful Schools curriculum.

I have been teaching for 17 years but this is my first in a Title 1 school. I love teaching here but it was a really rough adjustment at first.
